ReplyDeleteMissed FTC!!!! :( Anyway...lovely photographs. You with the celebrities becomes the highlight here! I really loved the way you were standing with the wax 3D images. Your poise and body-language makes it all the more real. Especially with Abraham Lincoln.
ReplyDeleteVery Good job Swathi.
Vinod
Were you teasing Einstein?..lol
ReplyDeleteLovely pics..thanks for sharing Londonium with us!!
ReplyDeletenice pics..i felt u never wanted to leave prince of wales....
ReplyDeleteNice pictures....thanks for sharing :)
ReplyDeleteNeat pictures Swathi. You and SRK look good together.. and so too Timberlake. Wills is a bit too tall for you and Amitabh .. think he's spoken for by Sabs! Abe looks disappointed you didn't sit on his knee and Einstein is waiting for you to tickle his ear with a feather..or whatever you had in your hand. But of course, back to reality you look great with Sajiv.. (I have to say this as I met him of course or he won't let us meet up in December). I'm jealous of the SRK pic though.. I'm so in love with him, but you do look good together.
ReplyDeleteThe 'confused in the metro' pic makes me feel like giving you an empathetic hug. Its still better than buses though.. they confuse me worse!
ReplyDeletebeautiful pictures.... and u had me laughing with the last line...
ReplyDeletethanks to you... now i feel that i should be seriously persuing my Phd programme from some of the UK universities... i dont think i can enjoy all these places on a vacation... ennae pinneyum student aakkikkum...

ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing more;)
santulan: he he he....thanks alot...
ReplyDeletevinod: thanks alot Vinod.. i have never see even a Z-list celebrity in my real life (even if i see them, whether i would recognise them is a question, though!). i wanted to hug and kiss all the wax images...honestly.. but either they were too high or too big for me...so, with amitabh and prince william i wished i had at least 5 more inches...
btw, Einsteins hiar was absltly brilliant...it was completely static...and i cudnt resist the urge to touch it....LOL
manju: thank you..dear
sunder: actually i never wanted to leave Shahrukh... prince william didnt attract me, much... i am not into Royals..u know.. LOL...
sindhu: thanks alot....
mina: u made my day... thanks alot....i was about to kiss SRK, but then, thinking abt hygeine, i backed off....with Wills and Big B, i cursed my 155 cm height a million times... God, why are ppl so tall???? yes, Lincoln begged me to sit on his knee... but then my husband may feel bad..so i didnt...Einstein was so warm and friendly...he was telling me something about static in his hair...and i was testing it...
LOL....wish i cud meet at lest their souls ...
btw, i was really confused in that pic, cos the train had stopped midway and not in a station..so, i was scared and confused...and hubby clicked w/o letting me know...btw, we didnt travel in those red double-deckers at all...
Kannan: LOL..... thanks...
anooj: o yea, back to hubby gave me a taste of realityville!!! u MUST be in UK and see all these places... anyway aswathy will be there in Liverpool, na? u will have company...
lahari: thanks dear!
Gin: I was just testing the static in his hair...and enjoying the texture and color of his hair....
missy: (((((hugiies back to you)))))))) guess i am in A-(wax)list now!
diwakar: thank you..
VJ: he he he.... thanks VJ
Rajni: ofcourse, now i have solid proof that i am a top celebrity... ppl never believed me, when i tried to tell them...LOL...
wow, thanks a ton for sharing, loved the london metro.... I am comparing it with Mumbai one.... the way you've explained the rush there, I think it won't be any prob for me ;)
ReplyDeletewaiting for more pics.... the musuem ones' look amazing...
Great pictures, Swathi! Nice to see all those London pics. Loved every one of it. As good as visiting those places I must say. You had such a wonderful time, I'm so happy for you.
ReplyDeleteThanks for taking me on a mini tour of London Swathi. By looking at the last "Reality-Hand", I think your hubby also in the list of amitab and Prince William. Nice to see you both in that picture
ReplyDeleteHei Swathi.
ReplyDeleteSuch grand photos of London and you with all these big shots!!
Like the pic with Einstein the best of this lot as it

ReplyDeleteHEy nice pics...seems you enjoyed a lot...but why were you confused in the metro??? Even I want to go to London...Let's see when that happens...
ReplyDeleteand yeah those red telephone booths...so Londonish and so Bollywoodish...they use it a lot in our movies....:D
Great pics Swaty, and a nice tour of London :)
ReplyDeleteWow, cool pictures Swathi, thanks. When I was visiting Londone with my girlfriend we did not see so many sightseeings as always end up in the stores. Shopping was great!
ReplyDeleteGood pics... :) love to see london from your eyes
ReplyDeleteSuper pictures. You were so close to my favorite person in American history--A. Lincoln. I don't blame you for being afraid of the Metro; I wouldn't want to be in any "contained area" like that in London.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing photos!!
The Pic. r really beutiful dear.
ReplyDeleteits seems u have really enjoyed a gr8 there, always keep up ur smile like that...
Thanks for the share!!!
London happens to be one of the many cities I would love to travel, besides many others in Europe. I loved the pics and guess what! while you were Tussaud'ing in London, I was doing it in Vegas... but sadly they didn't have SRK.... :( I so envy you girl...
ReplyDeleteHey, I noticed the pics are grainy... By any chance are you using a higher ISO for regular shots (daytime shots and not low light ones)? Please check it...
ReplyDeletelolzzzz.... loved the blog.... royal gaurds, they've always fascinated me...
ReplyDeleteand the madam tussade photos are soo cute... surprisingly AB is looking younger and SRK is looking old... loved einstein...and all your poses & captions :)
